One address handles everything: corrections, copyright notices, privacy requests and general questions.

What to include

• Corrections. The URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and what it should say. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
• DMCA notices. Use the subject line “DMCA Copyright Notice” and include everything listed on our DMCA policy page, or we cannot act on it.
• Privacy requests. Tell us which right you are exercising. See the privacy policy for the detail.
• Something broken. The page, your device and Android version, and what happened. Error message text helps more than a description of it.

Response times

Copyright and privacy requests are handled first, normally within a few days. General questions may take longer. We read everything, though we cannot promise a reply to every message.

What we cannot help with

We are not Supercent and we have no access to your game account, your purchases or your cloud save. Anything to do with the official release, including refunds and account recovery, has to go to the developer through Google Play.
